1. Nature of Service

Park SOS is a community-driven platform designed to help vehicle owners receive timely information about their vehicles and potential towing risks. It relies on user-submitted sightings and public data.

Important: Park SOS is not an official government or municipal service. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee that your vehicle will not be towed or fined.

2. User Responsibility

• Accuracy: Users agree to provide accurate information when reporting sightings. False or malicious reporting is strictly prohibited.
• Safety: Do not use the app while driving. Only take photos and submit reports when it is safe and legal to do so.
• Compliance: You are responsible for complying with local parking laws and regulations. Using this app does not exempt you from these laws.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Soft and Park SOS shall not be liable for any fines, towing fees, vehicle damage, or loss of time resulting from the use or inability to use the service, even if an alert was or was not sent.

4. Community Gaming and Conduct

Our gamification system (ranks and points) is intended for community engagement. Abuse of the system, including "fake reports" to farm points, will lead to immediate account termination and deletion of all points.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and brand assets associated with Park SOS are the property of MD Soft, unless otherwise stated (e.g., open-source components).

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
