Account Deletion

We value your privacy and provide a simple way to delete your data from our systems.

1In App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly via the mobile app:

  1. Open Park SOS app.
  2. Go to Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm action in the dialog.

2Web Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by filling out the form below. Our team will process the request within 48 hours.

What happens upon deletion?

  • Your profile (name, photo, email) will be permanently deleted.
  • All cars in your watchlist will be deleted.
  • Reports you submitted will become anonymous (your name and photo will be removed).
  • This action cannot be undone.
